With over a decade of vocational rehabilitation experience, Hustle & Grow, LLC has been dedicated to providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities and their families in Northeast Louisiana. Our holistic approach includes case management, resource referrals, and comprehensive support services. While our primary focus lies in job readiness training, job development, and job placement, our ultimate goal is to seamlessly integrate individuals with disabilities into the workforce, allowing them to secure living wage jobs on par with their non-disabled peers.
We achieve this mission through our F.I.T Model:
In 2021, our Supported Employment division, known as PAIR (Placement Achieved Through Integrated Readiness) Supported Employment, was established. This division specializes in offering evidence-based support to clients with more severe disabilities. Our services include community-based assessments, job match analysis, job coaching, and extended follow-along services, ensuring both job retention and employer satisfaction.
Additionally, PAIR Supported Employment provides Pre-Employment Transitional Services (Pre-ETS) to local high school juniors and seniors. This program, conducted on-site during school hours, prepares students with disabilities for the workforce or secondary education post-graduation. Topics covered include post-secondary options, job readiness, vocational adjustment training, and self-advocacy.
All our programs are offered free of charge, in partnership with Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS). We also provide technical assistance and additional resources such as assistive technology devices, interpreter services for the hearing impaired, hearing aids, bus passes, and reimbursement for work-related uniforms and shoes.
